Responsibility has almost become a bad word in today’s modern society.
We see this with the current financial crisis - so many people want to point fingers at so many other people.
Often times people put things on “automatic” … they assume someone will take care of it. They assume that it will handle itself. But where a person stops being responsible, he finds also that he has less control, less influence.
Responsibility is defined as:
“accountability and authority to act.”
In SOC, as in any business where YOU are the CEO or owner, you must have responsibility. The degree of responsibility you take for yourself and your downline will greatly be reflected in your check. It will also be reflected in who follows you, how many friends you have and how your personal or business relations turn out.
For example, I help you sign up someone and they go under you. Why not, you brought them to me, and I like helping people, so I help you by presenting the system. The person signs up. It is now time for YOU to be responsible for that person. You must train them to use the system fully and be there for them when they need help. Once they become accustomed to using it, your job is to stay in touch and make sure they continue to use it. And if they signed up as a Distributor, it would be to help them sign up people.
Treat each person like you would want to be treated. Financially, treat each person as a person capable of generating 10,000 or more for you in downline numbers.
Each person, no matter which package they sign up under, should be treated equally and all schooled on how to use the system thoroughly so that it assists them in their business or personal lives. That’s the whole name of the game: Helping people. Your reward is some money in exchange.
